This designation, the highest awarded by the DoD, distinguishes TSI as a trustworthy manufacturer of microelectronics for the U.S. Government. “We are extremely honored and proud of this achievement that will enable us to provide secure products from our facility,” said Sagar Pushpala, CEO TSI Semiconductors.
The Trusted Foundry program is managed by the Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA) to maintain standards of security in electronics manufacturing. The program, designed to safeguard classified information and materials, is an essential element in their overall strategy for national security. The DMEA currently supports all branches of the armed services as well as the Departments of Homeland Security, Energy, Transportation, and Justice.
